"I am back in Italy from our trip, and I just wanted to say thanks a million for everything!! I travel a lot and I have never had such an awesome trip! The planning was absolutely flawless. All the accommodations were perfect! The tours and planned events were great as well !! I will definitely reach out to you in the future for more trips and refer you to anyone I hear of that is going to Africa!! I really can't thank you enough - this trip exceeded my expectations to a level I could have never imagined!! Ciao" - Lindsay Rosenfeld Italy
GREAT WILDERNESSES OF BOTSWANA 8 DAY FLY IN SAFARI
Day 1: Maun
Arrival at Maun Airport and transfer to Motsentsela Tree Lodge. Situated on a small game farm on the outskirts of Maun Motsentsela is the perfect place to start your safari holiday in Botswana. The lodge gets its name from the local word for a birdplum tree. This magnificent wild fruit tree shades the lodge deck under which afternoon tea is served.

Stay in one of seven specially designed en suite safari tents under a canopy of indigenous trees, sited in such a way as to ensure privacy and to heighten the feeling of being in the remote African bush.
Spend 1 night at Motsentsela Tree Lodge including dinner and breakfast

Days 2 & 3: Moremi
Transfer back to Maun for your light charter flight to Xakanaxa, situated on the border of Moremi Wildlife Reserve.Moremi is often called the heart of the Okavango and big game such as elephant, buffalo, lion, cheetah, leopard, wild dog, hyena, giraffe and hippo together with local specials such as the swamp dependent sitatunga antelope are major attractions. Most of Botswana’s national bird list of 550 species are residents or migrants including Pels Fishing Owl and Slaty Egret.
Spend 2 nights at Xakanaxa Camp

Days 4 & 5: Okavango Delta
Scheduled light charter flight from Xakanaxa into the Okavango. This is a vast area of secluded waterways, papyrus, thickly wooded islands and stupendous wildlife, one of the major wilderness attractions of Africa. Here game viewing is mainly by motorboat, on foot with an experienced tracker/guide on one of the delta's many islands or, in ultimate harmony with nature, by a traditional mokoro (traditional dug out canoe). Look out for the rare and elusive wild dog.
Spend 2 nights at Stanley’s Safari Camp

Days 6 & 7: Linyanti
Scheduled light charter flight from Stanley’s Camp into the Linyanti Reserve consisting of 125,000 hectares of prime wilderness. The landscape here is vast and remote, characterized by grassland vistas dotted with palm forest island, riverine forests, wetlands and Leadwood and Mopane woodlands. The Savuti area is most famous for its Lions, which are legendary and have been documented in National Geographic films. The Kwando, Selinda and Linyanti private concessions offer you the opportunity to experience some of the finest game viewing in Africa in one of the most remote wilderness areas in the world.
Spend 2 nights at Kwando Lagoon Tented Camp

Day 8: Return Maun
Scheduled light charter flight from Kwando to Maun.
